Guru had taught us so many methods to meditate. Here is one of the methods. First make a calculation in your mind as there is 365 days in one year, then breaks it to 12 months, so you will have one month consist of four weeks. Then break the weeks to seven days, and take one day in the week break it to 24 four hours. Now take the one hour break it to 60 minutes, then break the one minutes to 60 seconds, now break the 60 seconds, now break the one second to one thousand milliseconds take one milliseconds and break it to one million microseconds and break it to one billion nanoseconds and break it to your own imagination beyond it is infinite.
When you begin to calculate from 365 days your mind will be busy in calculating the time, then when you reach the nanoseconds your mind will travel out of this world because it infinite, then you wont hear a noise of your surroundings all your five sense will combine together, that is called nirvana. Your mind will be in the state of oneness.
Learn to be harmony with our surroundings. Guru explains everything we see is related to us but all act on its own according to the WILL OF THE GOD. (Takdir) For Example our body is made of four elements air, soil, heat, water and a vacuum space. Therefore, what we see out there is within us, what we see is different product from same material. Nevertheless, with mortal mind we do not able to understand this theory only spiritually we can.

"என் அடியார்களே! (உங்களில்) எவரும் வரம்பு மீறி தமக்குத்தாமே தீங்கிழைத்துக் கொண்ட போதிலும், அல்லாஹ்வுடைய ரஹ்மத்தில் அவர் நம்பிக்கையிழக்க வேண்டாம் - நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் பாவங்கள் யாவையும் மன்னிப்பான் - நிச்சயமாக அவன் மிக்க மன்னிப்பவன்; மிக்கக் கருணையுடையவன்" (என்று நான் கூறியதை நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக.
41:42 -
No falsehood can approach it from before or behind it: It is sent down by One Full of Wisdom, Worthy of all Praise.அதனிடம், அதற்கு முன்னிருந்தோ அதற்குப் பின்னிருந்தோ உண்மைக்குப் புறம்பான எதுவும் நெருங்காது (இது) புகழுக்குரிய ஞானம் மிக்கவன் - (அல்லாஹ்)விடமிருந்து இறங்கியுள்ளது.
57:22 -No misfortune can happen on earth or in your souls but is recorded in a decree before We bring it into existence: That is truly easy for Allah:பூமியிலோ, அல்லது உங்களிலோ சம்பவிக்கிற எந்தச் சம்பவமும் - அதனை நாம் உண்டாக்குவதற்கு முன்னரே (லவ்ஹுல் மஹ்ஃபூள்) ஏட்டில் இல்லாமலில்லை, நிச்சயமாக அது அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு மிக எளிதானதேயாகும்.
39:53
